I’ve got a problem… I’m not feeling particularly inspired to lose weight at the moment.
How did I do on last week’s goals?
I did it. I tried to choose all healthy meals but we ended up having a McDonald’s on Sunday. Not that it excited me but it was easy at the time.
Monday evening we tried the LiveLean Steak Hache. I served it with a Warburtons sliced roll, a Tesco Value cheese slice and a few fries. All of that was just over 550 calories so plenty of calories to spare. Oh and a squirt of ketchup. It was amazing and the Hache Steaks were divine.
Next week, I want to keep up meal planning for healthy eating but leave out the McDonald’s.
I’ve been drinking more water but I’m not really very consistent. Monday, I drank one glass, yesterday I drank 3. I am still not drinking anywhere near enough.
Next week, I want to drink at least 4 glasses of water per day.
I’ve been pretty busy, but also feel really crappy about myself, which isn’t helping me move. I did walk to pick Seren up from school one day last week and want to make it a bit more of a habit. The summer holidays are almost upon us and there should be no excuse not to walk. Walking is awesome.
Next week, I want to hit 4000 steps consistently. Not 3000 one day, 8000 the next and then 1500 (a really really lazy day). I want to walk at least 4000 steps a day… even if some of them are made up by walking on the spot.
