It may have been quite some time since anything has been published, but right now I’m announcing that I am back…
A little bit of background
I had Anwen 4 weeks ago by emergency section and I’m feeling fit enough to attempt to get back on a lifestyle change. Each time I’ve gotten to that stage in the last 3 years I’ve gotten pregnant again but that is most definitely not going to happen this time around.
Today I am 19st 10lb.
We go on holiday in 7 weeks; it’s our first family holiday since July 2014 and I want to feel more comfortable in myself than I do now.
Today has been my first day of true calorie counting. I’m not eating enough. I have a daily limit of 1800 calories, I’ve eaten just short of 1000. So tonight, I’m trying to boost the number of calories slightly by filling up on some fruit.
My first short term goal is to lose 14lb before we go on holiday on 12th August.

#WeightLossWednesday is back
only not as you know it.
#WeightLossWednesday ran every Wednesday and while it was great, it put a lot of pressure on us each week.
