What’s for dinner at Beth’s House? W/C 15th February 2016

Last week I ran a little late with Meal Plan Monday so this week I’m going to be running on time. 

I’m still getting back into the swing of things now that Rainbow is home… It is a massive shock to the system and I’m more than a little like a fish out of water.  With this in mind (and the fact it is half term) I’m planning easy prep and cook meals… ones that can be cooked in 20 minutes… or thrown in the slow cooker for 8 hours. 

So what’s for dinner at Beth’s house this week?

Beef Stew

Slow Cooker Chicken Curry with Rice and Naan Bread.

Toad in the Hole with Mashed Potatoes and Mixed Vegetables

Pork Chops & Chips

Pizza

Soon we will be back into a routine and things can return to being a little more normal… for us.
