2016 is going to be my year for making a number of changes to who I am. In order to achieve these changes, I need to set myself little goals. They are not always going to be immediately life changing but little steps soon add up, don’t they?
So what goals have I set myself for February?

I am following the Declutter 365 challenge this year. I have started a month late but I’m hoping to catch up by the end of the month.
I am atrocious at paying for school dinners on time. In fact, I regularly get letters telling me I owe x amount. This month, I’m going to get it sorted and stay on top of them.
This is pretty self-explanatory… and probably doable if I aim to lose 1 – 1.5lb a week.
Drink 3 pints of water a day
I am trying to maintain a healthier diet and water is so so important for the body’s wellbeing… I’m not trying to make big changes too quickly though. 3 pints seems to be more achievable than 6 at the moment.
Drop a dress size
I know this is probably unrealistic given that I only want to lose 5lb but (and this is a big but) it is possible. You never know.
