Eek, it’s been 3 months since my last ‘What’s for Dinner?’ Post!
I am a control freak and having no control over anything is starting to get me down… So, it’s time. Time to take back control. Time to start getting in control again. So, what better way than to do something I enjoy? Meal planning is something I love to do.
I’m still travelling back and fore the hospital, as well as trying to run a house and keep all 4 children happy.
So, what’s for dinner this week?
Toad in the Hole, Mash & Gravy
Garlic Chicken & Veggies
Beef Curry & Rice
Chicken Nuggets & Chips
Each of the meals are quite simple but are a fantastic change from what we have been eating. I’m hoping to start monthly food preparation but I have no idea where to actually start given the current circumstances.
