Right, I need to get my arse back on track…
I need to be spurred on and the only way I can be is to plan my meals to the letter and actually use my phone to its full potential (in regards to My Fitness Pal).
I’m attempting to eat healthier meals, quit snacking and drink more water; however, Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will my healthy appetite be.
The children generally eat well. Princess Pants and Comma choose fruit over chocolate and crisps. Boyo dislikes most fruit.
I am, however, getting so fed up with meal planning. It’s hard to choose 5 or 6 meals that I know EVERYONE will eat without complaint. Hubby moans if we eat too much pasta, Boyo doesn’t like vegetables, Princess Pants won’t eat rice and Comma isn’t a huge fan of chips. To be honest, the only things I want to eat at the moment starts with ‘c’ and ends in ‘e’.
I’m hoping that I can get us mostly eating this weeks meal plan.
This week we will mostly be eating:
Ham Salad (Chicken Nuggets & Chips for the kids)
Pork in Ginger & Apple with Rice
Jacket Potato, Cheese & Beans (with Bacon for Boyo)
Chicken Parcels & Veggies
Toad in the Hole & Veggies
Beef Lasagne & Salad
