I’m afraid that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Wedding Weight Loss Challenge is taking a back seat. I am still going to be watching what I eat and hoping to lose a few lb’s here and there but, in the grand scheme of things, it is the least of my worries. However, it is unlikely that I will be in my best matey’s dress on my wedding day.
As you may have noticed, I haven’t updated my weight loss page in a number of weeks, nor have I written my weight loss posts.
The last weigh in I wrote about saw my stats at:
WEIGHT: 17st 5lb (110.2kg)
CHANGE: -1.8lb (0.8kg)
TOTAL LOST: 33lb (15kg)
Last Monday I remained at 17st 5lb. It can be deemed a success that I didn’t gain I suppose.
This week is as follows:
WEIGHT: 17st 4.6lb (110kg)
CHANGE: -0.4lb (0.2kg)
TOTAL LOST: 33.4lb (15.2kg)
For the next week, I would like to lose 2lb but I will not be disappointed if I don’t.
I have a rather boring meal plan this week that consists of:
Chicken Casserole and Steamed Vegetables
Roasted Sausages with Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots, Peas and Pembrokeshire New Potatoes
Chicken Kiev and Chips (for the kids) and Steamed Vegetables (for me and Hubby-to-be)
Peppered Steak and Chunky Chips
Mozzarella, Tomato and Ham Pizza
Tuna Pasta Bake
The seventh meal is yet to be decided as we may be visiting my parents on Sunday for a roast…. nom nom nom…
Despite the fact that I have put the weight loss challenge on hold for now, I will still write a weight loss post at least once a fortnight, in an attempt to keep the 33.4lb I have lost off.
