The Wedding Weight Loss Challenge Week 14 & Meal Plan Monday

14 weeks of weight loss, can you believe it…? We are already 14 weeks into 2013… we are also less than 23 weeks away from one of the most important days of my life… our wedding. J

The last week has been spent half watching what I eat, and half eating exactly what I fancy when I fancy it.  I’ve enjoyed it, but with the children back in school today, I am back with my nose to the grindstone, preparing myself for the slog of another 28lb’s to lose.

Last week I set myself 3 goals:

  1. WEIGHT – Lose the 2.2lb gained this week.
  2. FOOD – Drink at least 3 pints of water a day.
  3. EXERCISE – Walk the equivalent of 15 miles this week.

How did I do?

  1. WEIGHT: 17st 9.8lb
    CHANGE: -2.8lb
    TOTAL LOST: 28.2lb
    BMI: 38.66

    I lost the 2.2lb I gained, and added another 0.6lb… I think that is what’s called a result! 😀 I also broke the 2st lost barrier… a week later than I would have liked, but I’ve done it… which means I am OVER THE HALF WAY POINT!!!!!!!!!!!

    I also measured myself today… First number is from around the start of my journey…

    HIPS: 54” – 48” = 6” lost since the start.
    WAIST: 49” – 41” = 8” lost
    CHEST: 53” – 47.5” = 5.5” lost

    I’m pleased as punch… The scales can say what they want now…. Lol…

  2. I drank 3 pints of water some days but none on others so I think I safely failed at this.  I just didn’t fancy water… I think I’ll be setting this goal again this week.

  3. I may have walked the equivalent of 15 miles but I don’t know because I forgot my pedometer… Epic Exercise Fail!

All in all, 2.8lb lost and the half way mark reached I’m a happy bunny… Now for this weeks goals.

  1. WEIGHT: Lose 2lb this week.
  2. FOOD: Drink at least 3 pints of water a day.
  3. EXERCISE: Walk the equivalent of at least 15 miles this week. (and don’t forget my pedometer.)

Toad in the Hole served with plenty of veg

2 days of the week we are eating with Mum. 🙂
