Happy Hump Day!  Or should that be Happy #WeightLossWednesday day!  How are we all this week?

After my rather cryptic post last week, we are all settling in to life as a family of 6 again…

I’ve tried my best this week to continue healthy eating (well, you know eating better than I was before) but this week has been mainly about increasing my water intake.  (It’s THAT week of the month too which isn’t helping me make the right choices.)

I’ve actually decided to rejoin Weight Watchers yesterday.  It worked for me 3 years ago, so there is absolutely no reason why it won’t work for me now… 

My favourite thing about following Weight Watchers before was the flexibility.  It meant that I could very well eat the wrong sort of calories, but it also meant that I could allow myself a treat.

Based on my current weight I have 42 daily points plus 42 weekly points. 

I’m aiming to get out and about for a walk with the buggy in the remainder of half term, so long as the weather holds up.  Maybe heading to the park one day to burn off some of the kids’ pent up energy.  It might also do Rainbow some good.

February Weight Loss Goals

Lose 5lb : 5lb = 0lb left
3pt of water a day : 3 days goal met.

Weight : 19st 6lb > 272lb > 123.4kg
Loss : -2lb (5lb lost in total)
