#WeightLossWednesday – 2016 is a new year!

Welcome to the first #WeightLossWednesday of the New Year. 

We have taken a bit of a break for the first few weeks because Sim deserves a break after doing so well last year and I just haven’t been around all that much. 

I can’t promise that I will write an awe inspiring post every week but I will do my absolute best to get the linky up on a Wednesday.

Where am I on the Weight Loss Journey?

Well, way back in 2013 I lost 3.5 stone (or thereabouts).  I fell pregnant with Comma in June 2013 and gained 2.5 stone.  I didn’t lose any weight after he arrived in March 2014 and ended up pregnant with Rainbow in November 2014. 

Rainbow arrived in August and, with her came lots of things that were out of my control.  I have fluctuated quite a bit in the last year but… at the moment I am exactly where I was in November 2014. 

What are my long term goals with my weight loss?

By the end of 2016, I would like to have lost 50lb… That’s over 3 stone.  It is doable and I know I can do it.

By the end of 2016, I would like to have changed my eating habits completely and be living a healthier life on the food front.

By the end of 2016, I would like to be exercising regularly as part of my daily routine.

By the end of 2016, I would like to be confident enough to join a gym.

What are my short term goals with my weight loss?

By the end of February, I would like to have lost 5lb. 

By the end of February, I would like to be drinking at least 3 pints of water a day.

So, here we go… The start of my journey.
